Golden Moment goes to Dan Liggings for his huge goal kick that created the second goal and for some amazing saves and catches.

Man of the Match this week goes to George Bates for another impressive defensive performance. He and his defensive partner Dan Rust, made it impossible for St Nics Boys to create any clear cut chances. Batesy topped his performance off with a great goal late on. Well done George 
Golden Moment goes to Kienan Palmer for the opening goal. He burst through the Boys midfield to finish clinically, giving the keeper no chance.

Man of the Match & Golden Moment for Saturday 18/11/07
|
|
Congratulations to Dan Liggins for taking this weeks St Nic's Man of the Match against Weddington Thistle. Despite the freezing cold wet weather, Dan remained focused and concentrated on the job in hand. He made some fantastic saves that certainly in the first half stopped his side going a goal down. His communication and organisation was also fantastic.
This weeks Golden Moment was a real peach of a free kick from Tom Hastings. Just outside the area to the right of Weddingtons goal, Tom curled a dipping shot, into the top left hand corner just off the upright. Another contender for goal of the season.

Tom hastings takes this Saturdays Man of the Match Award, with a great all round performance in midfield. He also scored his sixth goal of the season.

Well done to Scoff for winning this weeks Man of the Match award. He gave a great performance in the centre of midfield, finishing it off with an acrobatic overhead kick, that went just wide. 
Well done also to Kienan for taking the Golden Moment award. Well several Golden moments. Actually FIVE Golden moments. Five great goals, the best of which an exquisite lob of the advancing keeper.
